Being mindful is living life moment by moment, aware of what is happening in real time, without being critical.
Mindfulness can help us to calmly appreciate life as we experience it, with greater kindness, in a more measured way. It can support us in relating well to all living beings, and to our environment, and help us move further towards becoming our best selves.
Diamonds are things of value – and we want to hand you something that you will find valuable. Diamonds are also multi-faceted, just as there are several facets to each mindful activity. They also symbolise the indestructible nature of what we all have inside us – including the ability to be mindful.
